About Enovid & NoWonder

Is NoWonder™ the same as Enovid?

Yes. NoWonder™ is the US rebrand of Enovid — same formula, same manufacturer (SaNOtize), same nitric oxide technology. The name change reflects different regulatory classifications: outside the US, the product is registered as a medical device under the name Enovid. In the US, it is sold as NoWonder™, a cosmetic nasal cleanser, in compliance with FDA regulations for consumer products.

Why is Enovid now called NoWonder in the US?

SaNOtize chose to market the product under different brand names in different regions. In Israel, Germany, South Africa, and several Asian countries, it is sold as Enovid™ (registered as a medical device). In the US, the same formula is sold as NoWonder™ as a cosmetic nasal cleanser. The science, ingredients, and manufacturer are identical.

Is this an authentic SaNOtize NONS nasal spray?

Yes. Enovid/NoWonder is the brand name for SaNOtize nasal spray, also known as SaNOtize NONS — Nitric Oxide Nasal Spray. BuyEnov.com is an authorized global retailer listed on the official Tradis Gat Enovid distributor website.

Is Enovid/NoWonder FDA approved?

In the United States, NoWonder™ is sold as a cosmetic nasal cleanser — not as a drug or medical device — and does not require FDA drug approval. Outside the US, the same formula (sold as Enovid™) is registered as a medical device in Israel, Germany, South Africa, and several Asian countries, and as a prescription drug (FabiSpray™) in India.

Where can I buy Enovid in the US?

In the US, Enovid is now sold as NoWonder™. BuyEnov.com is one of the largest authorized global retailers, shipping worldwide since 2021. You can order directly at buyenov.com with free worldwide expedited shipping. Beware of counterfeit products on third-party marketplaces — we are an authorized online retailer for the US market.

Why isn’t nitric oxide listed as an ingredient?

Nitric oxide is not stored in the bottle as a standalone ingredient. Instead, Enovid/NoWonder™ uses a proprietary dual-component formulation that generates nitric oxide at the moment of use. When sprayed, the two components combine and release nitric oxide directly in the nasal passages.

How does SaNOtize NONS technology work?

NoWonder/Enovid uses a patented dual-component formulation that generates nitric oxide at the moment of use. When sprayed, the ingredients combine and release nitric oxide directly in the nasal passages — the primary entry point for airborne pathogens. Nitric oxide plays a key role in the body’s natural defense mechanisms. SaNOtize’s technology has been the subject of multiple peer-reviewed clinical studies including Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials.

What is nitric oxide (NO)?

Nitric oxide (NO) is a naturally occurring molecule produced by many cells in the body. It plays an important role in various biological processes, including the body’s natural defense mechanisms. The discovery of nitric oxide’s role in the body was recognized with the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1998. SaNOtize has developed a proprietary formulation that generates nitric oxide at the moment of use, delivering it directly where it is needed.

What are the ingredients?

Sodium chloride, Citric acid, HPMC, Sodium nitrite, Benzalkonium Chloride (the nitric oxide is formed during spraying). All components are widely used in the food industry and have a strong safety profile.

How should I store it and how long can I use it after opening?

Store at room temperature between 5°C (41°F) and 40°C (104°F). Do not freeze or refrigerate. Discard the product 6 months after opening. The current expiry date on new bottles is August 2027.

Using Enovid / NoWonder

Can I use it daily as a protective measure?

Yes. Use it 3–4 times throughout the day (up to 6 times daily if needed), with 2 sprays in each nostril per use. It’s best to use it before and after spending time in higher-risk environments such as airports, public transit, crowded offices, and social gatherings.

When should I use Enovid/NoWonder?

Use it as part of your daily routine — before and after spending time in higher-risk environments. Common situations include: airports and flights, public transport, crowded offices and events, medical appointments, and social gatherings indoors.

Can I bring NoWonder/Enovid on a plane?

Yes. Each bottle is 0.9 fl oz (25ml) — well within the TSA 3.4 oz (100ml) liquid limit for carry-on luggage. Many customers specifically use it during air travel. For long-haul flights over 4 hours, we recommend applying it every 3–4 hours throughout the flight.

Why should I use it before and after being around others?

Using it beforehand helps prepare your nasal passages as part of your hygiene routine. Using it afterwards continues that routine. Think of it like washing your hands — both before and after contact with shared spaces is more effective than either alone.

How often should I use it during a long event or prolonged exposure?

The recommendation is to use it before and after exposure. If the event lasts longer than 3–4 hours, apply it once more during that time.

Is it still effective if I use it only after exposure?

Yes. While it’s best to use it before and after, applying it afterwards can still be beneficial as part of your nasal hygiene routine.

How should I use it if I feel unwell?

Use it up to 6 times a day, with 2 sprays in each nostril per use. If you’re experiencing cold- or flu-like symptoms, you can use it more frequently as part of your routine.

Can I use it with other nasal products?

Yes. To ensure optimal results, separate applications by at least 2 hours before or after using other nasal sprays or rinses.

Who can use Enovid/NoWonder?

Generally suitable for adults and children aged 12 and above. For children under 12, consult a healthcare professional before use. Do not use if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.

How long does one bottle last?

Each bottle contains approximately 200 sprays. For daily use (2 sprays per nostril, twice a day) one bottle typically lasts about one month for one person.

Does it interfere with COVID tests?

SaNOtize has conducted non-interference testing and concluded that common PCR assays and antigen kits are not affected by the product.

Are there any known drug interactions?

Due to its composition and local application, the product is unlikely to be absorbed systemically. No interactions with other medications are currently known. If in doubt, consult your healthcare provider.

Are there any known side effects?

If you experience reactions such as headache, nosebleed, or persistent nasal burning sensation (continuing for more than 5 minutes after administration), stop using the product and consult your healthcare provider.

Troubleshooting

Where can I find the User Guide in English?

Contact us at info@buyenov.com and we’ll send you the User Guide directly.

Why does my nose sometimes sting when using it?

It’s normal to experience some variation in sensation. How it feels can change from day to day depending on nasal hydration, recent use of other products, or individual sensitivity. This is generally not a cause for concern unless the sensation persists for more than 5 minutes.

Should the spray produce a mist or liquid?

Liquid. The spray mechanism mixes ingredients from two separate compartments in the bottle, producing a flow of liquid upon pressing. This is normal and expected.

My bottle appears broken — what should I do?

Do not use a spray where the upper part (spray mechanism) is broken, loose, or detached. Contact us immediately at info@buyenov.com with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement.
