Refund policy

At BuyEnov.com we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our policy is simple: 60 days, no hassle.

1. 60-Day Return Window — Unopened Products

You may return any unopened, unused product within 60 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Products must be in their original sealed packaging. Please contact us first so we can send return instructions.

2. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — Opened Products

Tried it and not happy? For hygiene reasons we can't take opened products back, so you don't need to send anything. Contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll issue store credit for the full product price, plus a 10% bonus. If it's your first order with us, you may choose a refund to your original payment method instead.

• One guarantee claim per customer, covering up to 3 bottles.
• We may ask for your order number and a short note on what didn't suit you — that's all.

3. Order Not Delivered

If your order doesn't arrive — lost in transit or held by customs — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice. Just let us know.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. Return shipping, where needed, is on us.

5. Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within up to 2 business days of approval and typically appear on your statement within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank. Store credit is available immediately.

6. International Orders

Customers outside the US are responsible for any customs duties on returned items. Use a trackable service; we can't refund packages that don't reach us.

7. Exclusions

This policy applies to individual retail customers. Wholesale, distributor and bulk orders for resale are final sale.
