- Blow your nose gently first and wash your hands. Sniff gently while applying; don’t inhale deeply.
- Use as directed. Two sprays per nostril, 3–4 times daily, or up to 6 times daily as needed. If you notice dryness, reduce how often you use it.
- Keep it out of your eyes and mouth. If it gets in your eyes, rinse with water. Do not swallow.
- Wipe the tip with a clean tissue after each use.
Storage and shelf life
Store at room temperature and do not freeze. Discard the sprayer on the “Best Used By” date printed on it, or 6 months after first opening, whichever comes first. Each bottle holds 0.9 fl oz (25 mL).
