Worldwide Shipping:

We ship Enovid SaNOtize to US, UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore and many other countries. You can see full list of countries during checkout, in the shipping address section.

Order processing:

All orders are processed at the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped, together with the tracking information. 

Package Pickup:

Once your order is processed, it will be picked up by DHL at the next scheduled pick up, usually daily around at 8:30 and 15:00 our local time.

Packages are usually dispatched by DHL on the same day of pickup, either to  its EU or US hub. 

Pickup days are Sunday - Thursday only.

DHL has daily flights, except on Fridays and Sundays. This may affect Business Days counting.

Delivery Services:

We ship with DHL Express (1-5 Business Days to most US and EU locations).

Next Day Service: Available for orders to US and EU placed on Sunday -Wednesday. We upgrade orders to Next Day service free of charge.

Important information regarding international orders:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Your order may also be subject to local regulatory requirements. Although we may ship to your location, we do not handle any issue related to import clearance and/or to the usage of this product in the country where you are located. It is your responsibility to verify whether it is allowed to import this product to your shipping address and if it is allowed to use it your territory.

Returns and Refunds:

Due to the nature of this product, unfortunately we cannot accept returns, unless the product arrived damaged.

If delivery fails for any reason, we will provide you with a new package or a full refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible to with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
