Orders placed between Sep 21 to Sep 25 will be picked up only on Sep 26.
If you need your package to arrive fast, we recommend using DHL Express as your shipping method.
We ship with International Expedited Post Service (free) or with DHL Express (optional with an additional charge) to ensure fast and safe delivery.
Delivery time to most US and EU destinations is usually 5-10 business days with international postal service, with a maximum of 15 business days.
Delivery time with DHL Express to US and EU is usually 1-5 business days.
Delivery time for other destinations using the postal service may vary from 10 to 25 days and it depends on the service level of Israel Post and your local post. We highly recommend using DHL Express for all destinations other than the USA and major EU countries.
DHL Next Day Service – when you choose to use DHL Express, we are doing our best to upgrade most orders to DHL Next Day Service. This service is available to most EU and US destinations.
Orders are usually processed on the same business day. We have 2 daily pickups by DHL and 1 daily pickup by the Post Service.
We ship Enovid SaNOtize to the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and many other countries. You can see the full list of countries during checkout, in the shipping address section.
All orders are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped, together with the tracking information.
Once your order is processed, it will be picked up by DHL at the next scheduled pick up, usually daily around 8:30 and 14:00 our local time.
Pickup days are Sunday - Thursday only.
DHL has daily flights, except on Fridays and Sundays. This may affect Business day counting.
Important information regarding international orders:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Your order may also be subject to local regulatory requirements. Although we may ship to your location, we do not handle any issue related to import clearance and/or to the usage of this product in the country where you are located. It is your responsibility to verify whether it is allowed to import this product to your shipping address and if it is allowed to use it in your territory.
You may consult with us about this issue. We are not experts on local requirements, but we do have some experience.
Returns and Refunds:
If you haven't received your order, please let us know at email@example.com.
Due to the nature of this product, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, unless the product arrived damaged.
If delivery fails for any reason, we will provide you with a new package or a full refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
DO NOT USE A PRODUCT THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within the expected time frame according to the method of shipping used, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
