Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Express shipping is available to most destinations; the rate for your address is shown at checkout and is free on orders over $300.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM ET, Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders after cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. Every order ships from our US warehouse with tracking. Transit times below are business days from dispatch.
Temperature-protected packaging
Every order ships in an insulated, foil-lined bubble mailer that shields the bottle from heat and cold in transit. It's the same class of packaging used for temperature-sensitive shipments, and we use it on every route — not just the hot ones.
Our delivery guarantee
We take full responsibility for getting your order to you. If a parcel is lost, damaged, or arrives in poor condition, we replace it or refund it. You don't need to file a claim with the carrier, and you don't need to prove anything to us — email info@buyenov.com with your order number and we'll handle it.

Delays
Transit estimates come from our carriers and aren't guaranteed. Customs clearance, weather and peak periods can add time. That's the one thing outside our control — but the outcome isn't. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email info@buyenov.com with your order number and we'll trace it or send a replacement.
Addresses
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's incomplete or incorrect and the parcel returns to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; a reshipping fee may apply.
International orders: duties, taxes and local rules
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), charged when the shipment reaches your country. These are your responsibility as the customer.
Your order may also be subject to local regulatory requirements. Although we ship to your location, we don't handle import clearance or questions about use of this product in your country. Please check that it can be imported to your address and used in your territory before ordering. We're not experts on local requirements, but we have some experience and are happy to share it — just ask.
Returns and refunds
60 days, no hassle.
- Unopened products: full refund within 60 days of delivery.
- Opened and not happy? No need to send it back — contact us within 60 days for store credit, or a refund on your first order.
- Not delivered: replacement or full refund, your choice.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: email a photo with your order number and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
