Can I Use Enovid (NOWONDER™) Together With a Saline Spray?
By Udi Damari on Aug 13, 2026 0 CommentYes. Enovid (NOWONDER™) can be used with other nasal products, including saline. If you are using saline, use it first — otherwise it can rinse away what you have just applied. With other nasal sprays there is no restriction; you may want to leave a short gap between them rather than using both at once.
There is no restriction
The manufacturer's position is straightforward: it can be used with other nasal products. No exclusion, no waiting period, no incompatibility to work around.
Everything else on this page is our practical suggestion rather than an instruction — worth knowing, but not a rule you are breaking if you do it differently.
Why saline goes first
The logic is simple. Saline rinses things out of the nasal passages. Use saline after Enovid (NOWONDER™) and you have just rinsed away what you applied.
The other order avoids that: saline first to clear the passages, then the cleanser. If you are using both in one session, that is the sequence that makes sense.
A short gap with other sprays
With any other nasal spray, it is fine to use both. We would suggest leaving a short gap rather than applying one immediately after the other — long enough for the first to settle before the second.
Simplest option of all: use them at genuinely different points in the day and the question does not arise.
Plain saline versus everything else
This page is about plain saline — salt water, nothing else in it.
Medicated sprays are a different question. Steroid sprays, antihistamine sprays, decongestants and anything prescribed each come with their own instructions and their own reasons for them. Do not extrapolate from this page. Ask a pharmacist or the prescriber, who can see everything you are using at once.
Not sure which yours is? Read the ingredient list. Water, salt and a preservative is plain saline. An active ingredient listed means it is not — treat it as medicated and ask.
The short version
They can be combined, and there is no restriction on doing so. Saline first. A short gap with other sprays. Anything prescribed is a conversation with a professional rather than a web page.
