When to Use NOWonder

NOWonder may be used before and after time spent in busy indoor spaces, and many customers use it as part of a daily routine. For a full breakdown of common situations — travel, work, gatherings, seasonal changes and more — see our When to Use It guide.

How to Use NOWonder Daily

NOWonder may be applied 3 to 4 times daily (two sprays per nostril each time), or up to 6 times a day as needed.

Using NOWonder More Frequently

If needed, you may use the spray more often — up to 6 applications a day.

Directions for Use NOWonder

Before you start using NOWonder or Enovid for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 10–12 times, with the bottle upright and pointing away from your body, until a steady stream appears. This activates the dual-chamber system, which mixes the ingredients at the moment of use. Once primed, each spray delivers a consistent flow. The spray produces a flow of liquid which is somewhere between droplets and a jet of liquid, that should "wash" the nasal cavity.

Blow your nose gently before using the spray.

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.

Align the triangles on cap and bottle and pull the protective cap. Remove the safety clip.

Gently insert the bottle tip just into one nostril and press the other side of your nose with one finger to close off the other nostril.

Aim slightly away from the center of your nose and pump one spray into the nose.

Repeat in the other nostril.

Repeat in each nostril (for a total of 4 sprays, 2 in each nostril).

Sniff gently through the nose while applying but do not inhale deeply. Exhale through your mouth.

Ensure the sprayer is held vertically when applying.

Wipe the sprayer with a clean tissue to maintain hygiene.

You may feel some form of mild irritation, especially if your nasal membranes are already inflamed or irritated. This will subside quickly.

After Using NOWonder

A slight runny feeling after use is completely normal — it is simply the liquid spreading through the nasal passages. Some run-off is also common, because the product is delivered as a liquid rather than a fine mist.

If you feel the need to blow your nose, wait a short while first. If needed, dab gently with a tissue instead. This helps the liquid spread evenly across the nasal passages rather than being cleared straight out.

Because the product is a liquid rather than a mist, a small amount can sometimes reach the back of the throat — some people notice a brief taste. Do not swallow the solution; spit it out instead. Holding the sprayer vertically and aiming slightly away from the center of your nose usually prevents it.

How many doses per bottle:

Each sprayer contains 25 ml which are around 200 sprays, or about 50 uses (roughly a month's supply).

Warnings:

Intended for single person use only.

Do not use if you are sensitive to any of its components.

Stop use if you feel significant burning or irritation.

If the spray gets into your eyes, rinse with water.

Do not swallow.

Side Effects:

It is recommended that if you experience reactions such as headache, nosebleed, or a persistent nasal burning sensation (that is, continues for > 5 minutes after each use or is not tolerated), to discontinue using the product immediately. If symptoms persist, consult your Healthcare Provider.

If you experience any health issues while using Enovid or NOWonder:

As per the User Guide, stop using the product and contact your Healthcare Provider (if necessary).

Should the spray produce a mist or liquid?

The spray should produce a flow of liquid, which is somewhere between small droplets and a jet of liquid, that should "wash" the nasal cavity. The spray is not designed and is not supposed to produce a clear mist. If you expected a fine mist, your bottle is not defective.
