How Can I Tell I've Received Authentic Enovid (NOWONDER™)?

An authentic sprayer arrives in a sealed printed carton showing NOWONDER™ as the brand and SaNOtize as the manufacturer — no other brand or manufacturer name should appear. A “Best Used By” date and a Lot No. are printed on both the carton and the sprayer. Each carton holds one sprayer.

Four things to check when the box arrives

A seal sticker, intact. Each carton is closed with a seal sticker. If it arrives broken or missing, tell us.

The right two names. The brand is NOWONDER™ and the manufacturer is SaNOtize. Those are the only two that belong on the carton. A different brand name, or a different manufacturer, means it is not what it says it is.

Best Used By and Lot No. Both appear on the carton and on the sprayer itself, printed rather than stickered on. They should be legible and they should match between the two.

One sprayer per carton. There is no such thing as a multi-sprayer box. A 3-pack means three cartons, a 6-pack means six. A single carton claiming to hold several sprayers is not our packaging.

Why the sourcing route matters more than the packaging

Packaging checks catch the obvious problems. The stronger safeguard is where the product came from before it reached you.

We are an authorized retailer and have been since 2021. Our stock comes through the official route from SaNOtize rather than being bought on the open market and resold. That is the part a customer cannot inspect on arrival, and it is the part that determines whether what is in the sprayer is what the label says.

It is also why “does it look right?” is the weaker question and “where did it come from?” is the stronger one.

If something looks off

Get in touch before you use it. Send us the Lot No. from the carton and a photo if anything about the packaging looks wrong, and we will check it against what we shipped. That is a short conversation and it is always better than wondering.

If you bought elsewhere

We will still help where we can. Send us the Lot No. and we will tell you whether it is something we recognise. We cannot verify stock we did not ship, but we can often tell you something useful.
