Winter Travel and Your Nose: A Nasal Care Routine for the Colder Months

Every year, as temperatures drop, travel gets harder on the nose: heated trains, dry aircraft cabins, crowded terminals and hotel rooms with the heating on full. Most people reach for tissues and hope. A short nasal care routine does more.

What winter travel does to the nose

Cold outdoor air holds little moisture; heated indoor air holds even less. Add a sealed cabin or carriage full of other people's dust and the nasal lining is both dried out and loaded with particles by the time you arrive. That tight, scratchy feeling is the nose asking for moisture and a clean.

A winter travel routine

Before departure — two sprays of NOWONDER™ in each nostril.
En route — breathe through your nose, drink water, use a saline spray for moisture on long stretches.
On arrival — another NOWONDER™ use once you are out of the crowd.
Before bed — especially in a heated hotel room. A glass of water by the bed helps too.
