Use 2 sprays in each nostril before or after visiting crowded places.
If you remain in a crowded place for several hours, you may spray again.
After Possible Exposure
You may use the spray up to 5 times per day if needed.
Quick Instructions
1️⃣ Blow your nose before use
2️⃣ Insert spray tip into one nostril
3️⃣ Spray while gently breathing in
4️⃣ Repeat in the other nostril
5️⃣ Repeat once more so each nostril receives two sprays
