Orders are processed on the same business day.

Here are some of the expected delivery times, in days, for main destinations:

We ship with International Expedited Service (free) or with FedEx/DHL Express (optional with an additional charge) to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Expedited Service:  Delivery time to most US and EU destinations is usually 5-10 business days with international postal service, with a maximum of 15 business days.

FedEx / DHL Express: Delivery time with FedEx or DHL Express to US and EU is usually 2-5 business days.

Delivery time for other destinations using the expedited service may vary from 10 to 25 days and it depends on the service level of Israel Post and your local post. We highly recommend using FedEx/DHL Express for all destinations other than the USA and major EU countries.

Worldwide Shipping:

We ship Enovid SaNOtize to the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and many other countries. You can see the full list of countries during checkout, in the shipping address section.

Order processing:

All orders are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped, together with the tracking information. 

Package Pickup:

Once your order is processed, it will be picked up by the carrier on the next scheduled pick up, usually daily around 8:30 and 14:00 our local time.

Pickup days are Sunday -  Friday

Important information regarding international orders:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Your order may also be subject to local regulatory requirements. Although we may ship to your location, we do not handle any issue related to import clearance and/or to the usage of this product in the country where you are located. It is your responsibility to verify whether it is allowed to import this product to your shipping address and if it is allowed to use it in your territory.

You may consult with us about this issue. We are not experts on local requirements, but we do have some experience. 

Returns and Refunds:

If you haven't received your order, please let us know at info@buyenov.com.

Due to the nature of this product, we’re unable to accept returns—unless the item arrives damaged.

If your delivery fails for any reason, we’ll gladly issue a replacement package or a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@buyenov.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item.
We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.

DO NOT USE A PRODUCT THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within the expected time frame according to the method of shipping used, please contact us at info@buyenov.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
